Lies, lies, AND MORE LIES!!! Never trust this company or it’s owner Ivan Turcios

BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY

I’m writing this review for Gabby’s Towing so that other people will know how shady and dishonest this company is. On Saturday, March 7, 2026, between approximately 9:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., one of their rollback trucks was retrieving three vehicles at a local body shop in Bel Air, Maryland. While the flatbed portion of the truck was lowered, the driver moved the vehicle forward and, in doing so, made contact with my husband’s parked pickup truck. This action resulted in visible damage to the right front passenger-side bumper and tire.

Both video footage and photographs from a neighboring business captured the incident, was obtained and provided to Gabby’s Towing clearly showing the pickup truck being rocked as the lowered flatbed was moving forward. Based on the available images, the rollback truck involved appears to be unit number TW808, which is marked on the passenger-side door.

My husband and I immediately reached out to Gabby’s Towing, provided all of the videos and photos that were obtained and have YET to hear from anyone from the company other than Ivan Turcios saying he handed everything over to his supervisor – which I now know is just a lie. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE DECEITFUL, SHADY AND EXTREMELY DISHONEST.

Do not use this company if/when you need a tow. I witnessed one of their drivers side swipe another vehicle that was parked and not only did the driver NOT stop and stay at the scene of the accident the company is completely ignoring the owner of that vehicle.
